I was moving to Colorado from Southern California to be closer to my daughters. Thankfully, they found Ryan who has been absolutely wonderful and I believe has become a friend with both myself and my daughter and daughter-in-law. They focused their attention on us whenever we had a scheduled meeting, whether it was virtual or in-person. They provided us a real-time virtual tour where we could ask them to open doors or show us a different view. Derek was present for the entire duration of the home inspection.
