Mara Brown

Mara listened to all of our wants and needs and found us the perfect house. We were picky about having a backyard with privacy, which can be difficult to find. Because we were not living close to the area we’re wanted to move to, Mara went by many homes to scout the neighborhood and get a feel for it. When looking on line, that’s something you can’t see so that was very valuable to us. She brought my attention a home wondering why we hadn’t put it on our list. I had overlooked it. Once I looked at the pictures I hopped in the care and drove to see it within hours. Because she really listened to us she knew we’d love it. We put in an offer that same day. She was professional and worked late into the night to get the offer in. We had to sell our house as well so there was a lot going on and she handled the transaction beautifully. Dispite unfortunate changes in the market, Mara and her team were able to get our first home sold quickly and help us move to our next home in PA!
