As my first time selling a house I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from potential sellers. I wanted to be very transparent throughout the process, and on my behalf Theresa was able to display my wishes clearly and effectively to buyers’ agents. She also coached me through the entire process, but I felt like every decision was my own and not pressured on me. She fought for my wants and needs and advocated for my best interest the whole time.
