“Ben really knows his stuff and is incredibly thorough” is what my wife said while we were under contract on the first of the two homes he helped us buy and sell — and she was absolutely right. From day one, Ben had our backs, kept everything on track, and made sure we always knew exactly what was happening. Buying and selling real estate can be stressful, but Ben made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and recommend him to anyone thinking about making a move. He should be your first call.

Ben Bear was a very professional realtor. We were not home when he listed our home. We trusted that he would stage our home before he listed it. Once we closed, Ben was very thorough and helpful in the way he negotiated after the inspection. Thank you Ben for all your hard work.

Working with Ben was so easy, he was so communicative and we always knew what was happening at all stages of the process. He really knows the market and the right strategies to sell our home. Our experience was definitely interesting due to issues from the buyer side, but we knew Ben had our best interests in mind when dealing with these issues. Ben was who we used to purchase our first home 10 years ago and it was no question who we would call when we were thinking about selling. The process of getting the home ready and listing was actually, dare I say, easy, because of Ben. He really knows his stuff and he answered all of our questions with ease! We will recommend Ben over and over again to anyone looking to buy or sell!! Thank you Ben for everything, you are truly one of a kind!!
