What we appreciated most was how honest and helpful she was, she pointed out things that could be possible deal breakers in some of the homes we were interested in, such as possible foundation issues and mold problems. Christine also gave us simple, affordable ideas to fix up the not so great stuff like spray painting the front of our outdated fireplace with heat resistant black spray paint to make it look more modern.
