We absolutely loved working with Linsey to search for and buy a house in Golden! I truly cannot imagine a better realtor than Linsey. She is a veteran realtor, but she stays up to speed, in touch with the market, and freshly enthusiastic (not burnt out at all). She is detail-oriented and truly kept track of all of our priorities. She was extremely easy to communicate with. We texted, emailed, called, and shared videos via Marco Polo, and when I was able to look at houses in person, she made it work with her schedule. She was not overly idealistic about what was possible, but she was optimistic and positive about the reality. We found the perfect house for our family in Golden, and all the chips fell into place! The only bumps we experienced along the way were as a result of inspections, and Linsey helped us navigate that complicated situation effectively, without slowing down the process. I highly recommend that you follow Linsey's advice, when it comes to selecting a lender, requesting a closing date, and probably everything else. I cannot recommend Linsey enough! She's wonderful (as a human and as a realtor)! I'm sure the experience selling your home with her would be the same. She is a true advocate for her clients!

My family and I recently moved to Castle Rock from Tennessee and worked with Julie Wassell Properties Real Estate Services to find our new home. We have bought and sold several homes over the years and Julie is by far one of the best real estate agents we have ever worked with! We were referred to Julie by a family member. When we first started looking, we weren’t sure whether we wanted to buy in Castle Rock or farther south. Julie immediately connected us with a trusted agent in that area so we could explore all of our options. Once we decided to focus on Castle Rock, Julie took the time to meet with us remotely and really understand what we were looking for in our next home. She set up a customized search for us and once we arrived in Colorado, she was incredibly accommodating about showing us the homes we were interested in. Julie’s knowledge of Castle Rock and the surrounding area was invaluable. She helped us understand the different neighborhoods and pointed out things we might not have considered on our own. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and especially proactive during the inspection and negotiation stages. She also connected us with an excellent home inspector and mortgage broker, which made the process of buying a home after an out-of-state move so much easier. We ultimately found a home we love in Castle Rock and Julie was such an important part of making that happen. She was knowledgeable, responsive, proactive and genuinely invested in helping our family find the right home. We couldn’t have been more impressed with Julie and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Castle Rock area!
