We absolutely loved working with Linsey to search for and buy a house in Golden! I truly cannot imagine a better realtor than Linsey. She is a veteran realtor, but she stays up to speed, in touch with the market, and freshly enthusiastic (not burnt out at all). She is detail-oriented and truly kept track of all of our priorities. She was extremely easy to communicate with. We texted, emailed, called, and shared videos via Marco Polo, and when I was able to look at houses in person, she made it work with her schedule. She was not overly idealistic about what was possible, but she was optimistic and positive about the reality. We found the perfect house for our family in Golden, and all the chips fell into place! The only bumps we experienced along the way were as a result of inspections, and Linsey helped us navigate that complicated situation effectively, without slowing down the process. I highly recommend that you follow Linsey's advice, when it comes to selecting a lender, requesting a closing date, and probably everything else. I cannot recommend Linsey enough! She's wonderful (as a human and as a realtor)! I'm sure the experience selling your home with her would be the same. She is a true advocate for her clients!
