Todd is very familiar with the real estate market especially in Colorado. This is our second time working with him and we are super thankful to have sold our home so quickly with Todd's support.

We were engaged with a couple of well-qualified agents and close to picking one when a trusted neighbor referred us to Todd. Although he had a short period of time to research our home and prepare a proposal, we believed his analysis was superior to the other agents, in terms of accuracy and methodology. As we moved into the next stage of positioning, staging and marketing our home his creative skills also stood out. In our case he artfully highlighted the many structural (and expensive) upgrades in the home that might not always be noticed during a quick tour, showing the underlying value. Lastly Todd is a polished and effective communicator and we believed the ideal ambassador for our home.

I have been through this experience 4 times with Todd and he always makes buying or selling a home as smooth as possible. He is great at communicating and making sure that you are aware of any deadlines that you have to hit which has always been huge for me. Thanks Todd!! I have recommended him to family and friends
