Chris Johnson partnered with me on a new listing we knew would bring instant market reaction. I was leaving on vacation so Chris took care of some logistics at the house, showed the property to a couple of buyers, and communicated with the Sellers in my absence. When the multiple offers came in, as we had anticipated, he provided valuable insight to the Sellers, helping us get to a successful closing. To summarize, Chris is honest and straightforward, dependable and prepared with extensive market knowledge. A true professional.

From the first conversations with Chris, he was very patient in explaining the process and making sure my wife and I knew exactly what was going on, and helped us set our expectations for buying during a crazy market. Walking through houses with Chris it was clear he was very knowledgeable about inspections and had a good grasp on the value of houses based on the current market. Chris made sure we had strong but realistic offers and really helped sell our offer to the seller. He was invaluable in the negotiating stages making sure to communicate with us frequently and stand up for us to get the best deal. Closing went smoothly and we really appreciated Chris's experience and patience helping us through the process! Overall would 100% recommend using Chris to buy or sell a home, we will for sure be using him again in the future!

Chris goes above and beyond what a normal Realitor does to make sure you are kept informed and aware of everything going on. He is a great person and I would recommend him to anyone who needs to sell or purchase a home
