Fantastic 1st Home Buying Experience

From the first conversations with Chris, he was very patient in explaining the process and making sure my wife and I knew exactly what was going on, and helped us set our expectations for buying during a crazy market. Walking through houses with Chris it was clear he was very knowledgeable about inspections and had a good grasp on the value of houses based on the current market. Chris made sure we had strong but realistic offers and really helped sell our offer to the seller. He was invaluable in the negotiating stages making sure to communicate with us frequently and stand up for us to get the best deal. Closing went smoothly and we really appreciated Chris's experience and patience helping us through the process!
