We had an excellent experience working with Jonathan. Being new to the Atlanta area, we especially valued his ability to quickly bring us up to speed on the real estate market, current trends, and the nuances of different areas. Jonathan was responsive, straightforward, and thoughtful throughout the process. He provided the right level of insight and context to help us evaluate our options and make informed decisions without overcomplicating things. His knowledge and experience were clear from the start, and we appreciated his practical approach and guidance throughout our home search. We would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to buy in the Atlanta area.

I’m an investor, so I have dealt with a great number of agents. Most agents just do the bare minimum and just forward you “deals” they receive without researching the property themselves. Jonathan is different, he actually knows what a true deal looks like. He took time to understand what my investment strategy was, and the types of properties I look for. Not only does he send you properties worth my time to look at, but if I’m too busy or forget to respond, he makes sure to reach me if it’s a good deal. He does not leave money on the table and when it comes to negotiating against sellers and their agents, he takes a non-emotional stance making me feel the best about getting a good deal.

I’m so grateful to Jonathan for helping me sell my home. From day one, they were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for me. He guided me through every step, kept things stress-free, and delivered results beyond my expectations. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal touch. I’d work with him again in a heartbeat.

Dan knows his stuff. Always ready to explain, answer questions. Has contacts with all kinds of contractors that you might need during and after your deal. Helps with communications with all of the involved parties. You have a lot on your plate, Dan is ready to take some burden from you.

Dan was excellent! He guided us through the entire buying process. He went above and beyond helping every step of the way. He was always accessible and continues to be. I highly recommend him for buying or selling.
