I’m an investor, so I have dealt with a great number of agents. Most agents just do the bare minimum and just forward you “deals” they receive without researching the property themselves. Jonathan is different, he actually knows what a true deal looks like. He took time to understand what my investment strategy was, and the types of properties I look for. Not only does he send you properties worth my time to look at, but if I’m too busy or forget to respond, he makes sure to reach me if it’s a good deal. Dan knows his stuff. Always ready to explain, answer questions. Has contacts with all kinds of contractors that you might need during and after your deal. Helps with communications with all of the involved parties. You have a lot on your plate, Dan is ready to take some burden from you.
