JONATHAN helped the reviewer buy this property

Great communication, follows up, and gets deals done

I’m an investor, so I have dealt with a great number of agents. Most agents just do the bare minimum and just forward you “deals” they receive without researching the property themselves. Jonathan is different, he actually knows what a true deal looks like. He took time to understand what my investment strategy was, and the types of properties I look for. Not only does he send you properties worth my time to look at, but if I’m too busy or forget to respond, he makes sure to reach me if it’s a good deal. He does not leave money on the table and when it comes to negotiating against sellers and their agents, he takes a non-emotional stance making me feel the best about getting a good deal.
