What could we say about Hank and his importance to us? A lot! Hank has helped us sell a home, buy a new home, then sell that home. We have trusted Hank from the beginning. He makes sure you understand the process from the get go, and he helps you with each step of the way, whether selling or buying a home that will meet your needs and wants. He is timely, communicative, available and reassuring when needed (lol - which was often for us). He knows his business and he is fair in all aspects, whether it comes to pricing, valuation, or what needs to be done to make your home complete. Hank does his homework before and during the process of either buying or selling of the home. We trust Hank whole-heartedly when it comes to home buying and/or selling. He knows what is reasonable when it comes to pricing and he is smart when it comes to negotiating. His character is beyond measure. We would (and do) recommend Hank to our friends and family. Amanda is definitely the realtor you want on your side. She is VERY quick to answer any and all questions. She studies the market and gives very solid advice but does not push for her own agenda !

Having been involved in real estate all my life and at one time a license broker, it takes a lot to impress me with the average realtor. A good number of realtors are in it part time and do not treat it seriously and that’s where Kimberly was truly outstanding. She offered a lot of service and marketing at a very reasonable cost and had some great ideas and suggestions when we were negotiating. I was very impressed at her responsiveness.
