It was great working with Connie. She is so personable and helpful throughout the procerss. Communication was almost constant (which I appreciated) and she was also willing to provide personal recommendations and advise. It's like having an agent that is a dear friend.

Our family has used Cates Auction & Realty Co. in the past. Because they did such an outstanding job, there was no question as to who we would use to list another family property. Being a family property it was a very emotional time for us. Jeff met me at the property to go over all our options to sell. Once the property went up for sale, I was introduced to his son Cambridge. Cambridge stayed with me every step of the way with constant information and updates. He dealt with every problem that came up immediately. Issues were handled in a very professional way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell a property. They went above and beyond our highest expectations! A big thank you to Jeff, Cambridge and staff for providing GREAT customer service! You won’t find a better team to work for you.
