It took as forever to find the perfect house and Kelli was eager to work with us for over 2 years! She was very responsive to all of our inquiries; knew the various communities that we viewed; provided us with answers to all of the many questions that we asked and was so very pleasant each time we met. By being on top of her game, she saw the very day our forever home came on the market; met us on a Sunday; took care of all of the details, paperwork and disclosures (oh my, what a big job that is); coached and carried us through until the home became ours on May 25. Izma was such a pleasure to work with. My wife and I worked with her to purchase our first home and we would have chosen Izma again 10 times out of 10. What I found most valuable was Izma’s knowledge of the market as well as her gentle attitude toward buying a home. Izma gave my wife and I plenty of space and information when we needed to discuss or figure something out. We did not feel pressured in any sort of way to move on a place if it was to our liking.

My husband and I were tasked with selling two houses in order to purchase our dream home with land. Rene was very organized and knowledgeable. Since this is our first home, we were nervous and didnt really know how the system worked, but Rene gave us peace of mind. She explained all our options and gave us everything in layman's terms so we didnt feel so lost. The process does take a while, finding that perfect property sometimes comes with a wait and see mindset. Every house we declined/disliked got us closer to our true home. Rene was on top of it! She kept finding houses that fit our budget and desired accommodations and eventually we found this one and it felt like a no-brainer. The wait was worth it!
