Selling my house was a very stressful time for me. Krisan kept me calm with her knowledge and years of experience. I will recommend Krisan to any of my family and friends who are looking for a realtor.

Julie Harman was recommended to us by a friend and I am so glad we we listened! She was absolutely amazing during our buying process. She took the time to get to know us and really figure out what we were looking for. And boy did she knock it out of the park. Her depth of knowledge and understanding of the market was apparent from our first meeting. As first time homeowners we seemed to have a new question every other day. Julie did an amazing job of patiently answering questions and guided us right into our forever home. Her kindness didn't end at the close. Afterwards, she stopped by and checked to make sure that we were getting settled in. Julie's brand of hands-on compasionate customer service combined with the wealth of knowledge makes her a unicorn in the real estate world. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

She was effective, using social! Media and real estate resources. We had three offers, all above asking price, two with no contingents. Never did have A for sale sign in our yard.
