I work with Mirvate mostly on the buyers side, however I had the pleasure of working with her while she represented the sellers and I was on the buyers side. I had to go back several times and re-inspect repaired items, but what I did not know was the deal was already closed and she was still helping the sellers with the remaining repairs, going above and beyond. She was always available, coordinated with both parties and even offered to pay the re-inspection fee. Jean completely rearranged her schedule to spend a weekend with us once we decided to look at houses and continues to be there to answer questions after the sale.

We came in from out of town and with little notice and Jean rearranged her schedule to spend two days showing us around, we saw ten houses the first day and six the second day. She had prior commitments that weekend but made it happen. She goes the extra mile and I'm very grateful she was my agent.
