We knew the market was getting a little soft with more signs popping up in our community and we voiced our concerns to Yvette about what the market was doing. She really helped us through the journey by explaining what was actually happening and how we could still adjust and get top dollar for our house. It was amazing! Sold it for more than we thought it would AND our neighbors are still sitting on the market and not selling. So glad we chose Yvette to help us sell our property. We've already recommended her to another friend who wanted to sell. Thank you Yve!
