Joe went above and beyond in every way to find me this home. We didn’t get an initial property in this community and stumbled across a gem that’d been sitting here for nearly 4 months. Due to it being owned by an investment firm it took 4-5 different calls just to get permission to tour the property. Joe was persistent and diligent in his approach making sure I got into the home I really wanted even if the hurdles were far more than the average listing.
