Tammy was referred to me from a Loan Officer (Zachary Edelen), who has worked with many realtors. He said "Tammy is a true professional, you will love working with her" he was spot on. Tammy is efficient, very responsive, she is in constant contact throughout the process. She made suggestions about ways to improve the home attractiveness, and prepare for showings. Tammy personally held multiple open houses and has an approachable personal charm when speaking with realtors and potential buyers alike. She kept me up to date on any and all prospects and when we received offers, she helped to navigate how and when to counter offer keeping my best interests top of mind. Tammy helped me sell my home in just over a month on the market getting very close to asking price. Selling and buying a home can be a stressful process, Tammy's Professionalism and Experience in the NV market, will make it seamless. I would HIGHLY recommend Tammy Waldron as your Realtor when buying or selling a home in Las Vegas!
