She was always very professional and worked well with not just the buyers and the buyers' agent, but with all of the realtors that submitted offers (even the rude one!). She thoroughly explained all of the paperwork, answered all questions and addressed any concerns. We never doubted that she always had our best interest at heart and was never looking to just close a sale.
