Wonderful realtor!!

Rachel went above and beyond our expectations for a realtor. The lines of communication were always open, no matter what time. She always responded very quickly, even when on vacation with her family! She assisted with staging our home for maximum appeal, and hired a professional photographer, who took fantastic pictures of our home, helping it look as beautiful as possible. She handled our sale in a very timely manner and there were no last minute surprises. She was always very professional and worked well with not just the buyers and the buyers' agent, but with all of the realtors that submitted offers (even the rude one!). She thoroughly explained all of the paperwork, answered all questions and addressed any concerns. We never doubted that she always had our best interest at heart and was never looking to just close a sale.
