Nancy performed admirably, holding open houses, contacting and following up with other agents and securing estimates for needed repairs after the home inspection. Her diligence resulted in my support of her over 6 months. She was instrumental in representing my interests in securing work completion from a handy man i hired and paid prior to our departure in july 2024. I have deep respect for her professionalism and follow through.

I was referred to Nicole Davis to help me find a house to purchase in Nevada, mainly Laughlin. I had never given thought to such a huge purchase. Overwelmed, anxiety overload! I finally met Nicole one day at a house i thought i would like. She was so kind to actually say "sure! I will meet you there!" OMG it was not for me. We talked and it was so easy to talk to her and open up about what i wanted. Soon, she had about 5 houses to look at. I fell in love hard-quiet, room for my pets, mountain in my back yard. I thought, she's awesome! I did not know anything about real estate, and all the forms associated with. I felt scared and alone But Nicole helped me with everything! All the paperwork and forms and everything in between. I got copies of everything i signed and everything i needed to know. Phone calls to Nicole saying "OMG what is this and what does that mean?" were answered and explained in detail. She really knows her stuff and i can truly say, that this was the best experience ever! I have now been in my home for almost 3 months. Love my house, and i love Nicole for finding me a home which i never thought could ever happen, and, understand the process! ! Chris Wolfgram and his partner Di provided me and my brother with the insight, support, and guidance we needed to sell our parents’ estate quickly. He made sure he understood our goals and pain points and clearly communicated the milestones for selling our parents’ home. We are both out of state, and Chris was able to communicate with both of us on multiple platforms whether email, SMS, third party apps, etc. The expectations Chris set were ones we achieved with, thanks to him, little drama. Our circumstances were such that there COULD have been drama, but they were expertly mitigated. I recommend Chris Wolfgram and Di Wolfgram without hesitation to sell your home. I’ve worked for real estate agents and with real estate agents and Chris is one of the next out there! An added bonus: Chris is deeply knowledgeable about not only the Henderson real estate market but about the integrity of home construction, which comes in very handy!

Brian was very helpful in the selling process. He was actually the one who sold me the home that I put on the market with him. He knows his stuff and is reliable, and communicative. Definitely would recommend for anyone buying or selling a home.

We had worked with Susette and Dave before, and they were fantastic then, so of course we chose them to sell our house. They were available to meet with us promptly after our initial contact, and they both explained the process thoroughly as we went through the paperwork. Both were sincerely interested in selling our home quickly and helping to ensure that we chose an appropriate asking price, and they made our listing attractive to buyers. We also appreciated how Susette consistently acted in our best interest, and she is honest and very knowledgeable about home buying and selling. We did experience a lapse in communication during the process. We submitted a counteroffer document to the buyer, and we didn't hear from Susette and Dave about that or any other developments for quite some time, so we were under the impression that everything was okay. Finally, 12 days later, we heard from Susette, the morning after the loan-contingency deadline, that the buyer's loan had fallen through; during this conversation, we learned that the buyer had never signed that most recent counteroffer we'd submitted. We would have appreciated proactive communication letting us know that the buyer hadn't responded in a timely fashion to that counteroffer, as well as earlier notice that there were signs of trouble for the buyer's loan. It would help clients tremendously if there were a standard policy of proactively checking in with the client regarding any developments, positive or negative, within five business days. Regardless, we did get a second buyer, and we definitely had more communication with Susette and Dave during that stretch. Ultimately the sale of our home went through smoothly, and we were glad to work with them both.
