I am so happy to have found Laurine. She is excellent at what she does and always have my best interest in mind. I feel 100% safe to have her manage my properties and I completely trust her. It is very rare to find someone dedicated to the profession like her and also doing everything she can for her clients. I cannot recommend Laurine enough.

We recently sold our rural property in Sandy Valley NV and Robin was instrumental in making it happen. Our complication was that we were moving out of country and had to make many multi-day trips to move our household goods. While out of the country each time, Robin would check on our property and oversee our dog and goat sitter. She would also assist with appointments such as water well and septic inspections in our absense that kept the sale progressing. There are many people that can call themselves Realtors but Robin is THE Rural Realtor. She has a deep knowledge of rural issues such as Real Property, water wells, septic systems, and more that the "city" realtor has never experienced and does not anticipate. She is a pit bull fighting for her clients watching deadlineto make sure the entire transaction stays on track. She does not rely on software programs or 3rd parties to remind her of those important deadlines. Whether you are considering buying in a city or rural area- she is your girl. But it's rural.........there's none better.

I was referred to Nicole Davis to help me find a house to purchase in Nevada, mainly Laughlin. I had never given thought to such a huge purchase. Overwelmed, anxiety overload! I finally met Nicole one day at a house i thought i would like. She was so kind to actually say "sure! I will meet you there!" OMG it was not for me. We talked and it was so easy to talk to her and open up about what i wanted. Soon, she had about 5 houses to look at. I fell in love hard-quiet, room for my pets, mountain in my back yard. I thought, she's awesome! I did not know anything about real estate, and all the forms associated with. I felt scared and alone But Nicole helped me with everything! All the paperwork and forms and everything in between. I got copies of everything i signed and everything i needed to know. Phone calls to Nicole saying "OMG what is this and what does that mean?" were answered and explained in detail. She really knows her stuff and i can truly say, that this was the best experience ever! I have now been in my home for almost 3 months. Love my house, and i love Nicole for finding me a home which i never thought could ever happen, and, understand the process! ! Brian was very helpful in the selling process. He was actually the one who sold me the home that I put on the market with him. He knows his stuff and is reliable, and communicative. Definitely would recommend for anyone buying or selling a home.

Yvonne is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She is trustworthy and was willing to do what needed to be done to sell my house. She came and helped me pack. She took me out to look at properties (within my budget and in the areas I wanted to live). She offered great advice and gave me options which was great as this was my first time selling a home. She took care of everything! We have become friends through this process. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a smooth, seamless experience.

We had worked with Susette and Dave before, and they were fantastic then, so of course we chose them to sell our house. They were available to meet with us promptly after our initial contact, and they both explained the process thoroughly as we went through the paperwork. Both were sincerely interested in selling our home quickly and helping to ensure that we chose an appropriate asking price, and they made our listing attractive to buyers. We also appreciated how Susette consistently acted in our best interest, and she is honest and very knowledgeable about home buying and selling. We did experience a lapse in communication during the process. We submitted a counteroffer document to the buyer, and we didn't hear from Susette and Dave about that or any other developments for quite some time, so we were under the impression that everything was okay. Finally, 12 days later, we heard from Susette, the morning after the loan-contingency deadline, that the buyer's loan had fallen through; during this conversation, we learned that the buyer had never signed that most recent counteroffer we'd submitted. We would have appreciated proactive communication letting us know that the buyer hadn't responded in a timely fashion to that counteroffer, as well as earlier notice that there were signs of trouble for the buyer's loan. It would help clients tremendously if there were a standard policy of proactively checking in with the client regarding any developments, positive or negative, within five business days. Regardless, we did get a second buyer, and we definitely had more communication with Susette and Dave during that stretch. Ultimately the sale of our home went through smoothly, and we were glad to work with them both.
