We first met Jackie about 3 years ago, while in town we spent two days with Jackie as she showed us various neighborhoods and some of the currently available homes. We returned to Illinois to start getting our home ready to list. During this time Jackie emailed us listings of homes that she thought would fill the bill. It took approx two years to sell our home and in late Feb. we found ourselves with a signed contract on our home with closing set for March 27th. We contacted Jackie & flew out to Vegas to find our home in the West and we allotted a week to accomplish this task. Jackie showed us approx. 20 + homes in our first 4 days and we found our home late on the day 4, Saturday. We made an offer and signed a contract on day 5. We got a signed contract back from the seller first thing on day 6 and Jackie was able to arrange for a home inspection on Monday afternoon and we received a report, discussed repairs needed, received acceptance from seller for repairs and flew back to Illinois on the red eye on day 7. While we were busy getting ready for our closing and moving of our furnishings out of our home, Jackie was taking care of everything in Vegas for us. She reviewed all the repairs that we requested and did the final walk thru prior to our closing. Not only did she do everything we asked of her, she came up with items that we did not even think of. She was truly a life saver and a pure pleasure to deal with.

Larry had a unique way to price the property that was very successful! He was very responsive. He also was great at negotiating with a skillful buyer -- he knew when we needed to do as the buyer requested or when we needed to draw the line in the sand. I selected Larry due to his sending me financial information about the property I was selling when I was looking around for hiring a realtor. It showed he had done his homework even at the first request. I definitely recommend him!
