Ingrid had a tough assignment. We needed an agent we could trust to sell our condo being absentee owners with a tenant. Kim was available and willing to show houses, answer questions, or just talk at any time of the day. Kim is very upfront and honest and you can tell she cares almost like she was part of the family.
