Charisse is easy to work it. She staged and sold our home in 5 days. She has answered every question we have had and have helped us every step of the way. She is very easy to get in contact with and always makes herself available. Charisse is very knowledgeable and an excellent resource for purchasing and selling, she does her homework and really dives into the project to best help her clients. Our only regret was that she wasn’t just the selling agent, but we wished she would’ve also been the buyers agent as she was worth every penny. She was courteous, understanding and professional thru the entire process which I could not say the same for the buyer's agent (which is why we never listed our property with him due to his rude arrogance).
