I was looking to buy a house for my mom. Marion was so helpful. I put in an offer on 2 houses and with Marion's help and guidance I was able to find out they had multiple repairs, were in a flood zone and one had foundation issues. She helped me to get out of those contracts and find the perfect home and negotiated a new AC unit for me. Another thing I like about Marion is that she has been in the business for so long and is so involved in the community that she knows a lot of people and agents and that has been helpful for me getting houses that other people were putting bids on. This is the third home I have purchased through Marion and she helped me find houses I would have never known I could get for my money. My sister and my brother-in-law have also purchased homes through Marion with my referral because she is the best. I also enjoy working with her referred loan officer Joy. When I was shopping for rates Joy not only beat other people's rates but she is the only one that was transparent, answered her phone and communicated with me constantly.

From the first day we met Christina, I could tell she had our best interests in mind. She is very informative and professional. We got lots of insight from her, ranging from what to look for in properties to gardening tips! She was able to negotiate our closing costs and interest rates to better our behalf. She always kept us in the loop and on track with our busy work schedules. We were nervous about purchasing our first home, but Christina helped make it happen. We got real lucky with having the best realtor in Tennessee (and Kentucky)

I had the absolute best experience anytime I wanted to look at a home she was on it. There was no questions gone unanswered. She was very blunt and respectful of my wishes.
