I was looking to buy a house for my mom. Marion was so helpful. I put in an offer on 2 houses and with Marion's help and guidance I was able to find out they had multiple repairs, were in a flood zone and one had foundation issues. She helped me to get out of those contracts and find the perfect home and negotiated a new AC unit for me.
