Cheryl was extremely helpful as a guide through this process about which I knew nothing previously. Even though my situation was unusual, she was able to clearly answer questions and keep things moving. We were unable to enter the market at the ideal time (not her fault), so negotiations were less robust than I had hoped. Honestly, we've used another agent out of state so we know there can be agents that don't deliver... so other agents should take a note from her with the way she goes about business and helping her clients!
