Dave Hinkel is very well versed in the real estate market-current trends and culture. In my case he understood the typical client who would be interested in moving into an “Over 55 Community”- what their needs are, what they would be looking for, and what to expect. He is a good communicator- modifying his marketing/advertising approach as needed. He gave me updates a few times/ week regarding showings and responses. He also kept in touch with other realtors by following up on their visits, opinions, and interest of their clients. Dave is easy to work with- pleasant, easy going, and confident. I felt assured he was in charge and had a good understanding of the market and its challenges. He represented me very well from the time my house went on the market until Settlement. Donna talked to us about our requirements and desires then setup a local search. During walkthroughs, she was very thorough, highlighting desirable and questionable traits. She is a superior negotiator, helping us put in a successful bid. Our inspectors found some major deficiencies and Donna was very successful at negotiating suitable remedies.
