He was very knowledgeable of the estate sale process and besides the sale listings he had multiple open houses to assure the property had lots of views , and ultimately it was a viewer who came to see the property during an open house that ended up being the buyer of the property. Mark was able to close the sale quickly making both buyer and me the seller very happy with the results. I will definitely use Mark for any future property sales or purchases.
