If you want someone who is going to make you feel comforted, motivated and get you to the housing finish line John is "your realestate guy". His kind demeanor is a benefit to any home buying or selling process. Our experience was definitely a positive journey. From day one, John made us feel that we were a team on the path to success. He was always by our side from negotiating to settlement. Usually, getting the house prepped to sell is the most stressful of times, John went above and beyond to help us get ready. The house website rocked! He was ALWAYS accessible, readily available and consistently showed up at the important moments. This is the 8th house we have sold in our lifetime, John will forever shine in our lives because of his spirit, his effort and most of all his awesome results!

I can’t say enough good things about John as a realtor to do him justice. When my husband and I decided we were ready to buy and researched realtors he was so highly rated and in demand. We reached out to see if he was available and heard back within 5 minutes and a group chat setup in 10 min with myself, husband, him and super involved mom. We went to see two houses and on the third house I was in love. I had to have the house. As the bidding war began and we became more aggressive in our desire for the house and he did 10 amendments to our offer in 48 hours. Without losing his unmatchable enthusiasm. Let it be known we won out and got the house. At the settlement the sellers agent words verbatim were “ he is the most involved realtor I ever met and he’s so likable you can’t help but answer all his phone calls and text”. Without a doubt he is the reason we got the house. I recommend him not just as realtor but someone you can trust with your dreams of a homeowner.
