My husband & I were referred to Scott Korbin after a family crisis. We lost our Syracuse home of 25 years to a huge fire. We were undecided on "retiring" to Cary, North Carolina where our son, daughter-in-law, & their 3 children live. The desire to relocate was reinforced by the fire. Finally, Nancy flew down on a Monday to be escorted by Scott & his team to the 7 finalists. On Friday, after touring several, she, our son & Scott entered what will become our "perfect" home in Fearrington Village, Pittsboro. We were the first viewing of the first day of the Open House. Our purchase offer was made on the spot. It was accepted that day. We consider Scott & his Team trusted advisors & friends.
