If you need a who keeps her cool when everything’s going sideways, Ashley Renn is who you want. We had a lender drag things out and make the whole transaction harder than it needed to be, and Ashley never lost her head over it. She stayed on top of it and kept us in the loop, and got us to closing without letting the lenders mess become our problem. That kind of steady, “I’ve got this handled” attitude makes all the difference when a deal gets stressful. Highly recommend her if you want someone who actually has your back.

Our house search and buying started Sept 2024. I made a trip to North Carolina to look at some houses. Amy took the time to answer my questions about the home buying process in North Carolina as things are a little different from California. We looked at some houses that I had requested. Always offering more time as needed when we were looking each time we made a trip to North Carolina.
