Seller of 320 Sunset Boulevard East, Cleveland

Best agent ever.

We live in another state and have land that my parents had purchased. Cynthia went above and beyond for us. She had to deal with 4 sisters who had various opinions. She did a great job in explaining everything to us and making sure that she took care of us. In thinking how hard it was selling land in Florida while we lived in Illinois. Couldn't of asked for a better agent.

Buyer of 231 Allworthy Street, Port Charlotte

Patient and thorough

Aviree has a great understanding of the whole process of purchasing a place. She had to deal with a less than cooperative agent on sellers side of deal. She displayed exceptional patience, as it took us 3 years to finally decide on a place. Overall good job!

Karen is a great agent to work with!

This is our 3rd experience working with Karen and she has been awesome each time. She is very friendly and personable and is very knowledgeable of the different areas around here. She did a great job marketing our home and getting it sold in the slower season. I would Highly recommend Karen if you are looking to buy or sell. We will definitely use her again if the need arises.
