I worked with Maria for longer than I anticipated. First we bought land, then we went thru Covid, inventory supply issues, lack of laborers and finally thru Hurricane Ian. She made the process of looking easy. She presented what we were looking for and didn't try to slip in the homes of low interest. Even with low home supplies, she continued to search for us. We lived in WI and she would go visit a potential home and face time us. We did have one home fall thru due to a poor inspection, she could have swayed us to negotiate but she encouraged us to go with our gut. Between the purchase of the land and then building of a home in a different location, we worked with Maria for 2 years, when the home closed. By the time of closing, she was like family. I highly recommend her for her integrity, her responsiveness, her ability to listen and to execute what she hears.
