Went on several house tours,and when we found the house we wanted she helped us through the process of buying it .And she was always available to answer any questions we might have.After buying the house Elizabeth told us if we still needed anything not to worry she would be there to help. We really enjoyed working with our Realtor Janet Hernandez. She was very friendly, informative and had went above and beyond our expectations. Janet was very knowledgeable about the housing market and got us in a great neighborhood and fantastic location. The house is just beautiful and she was there for us every step of the way whether it was from emails back and forth to looking at so many houses that it got a little bit overwhelming for us. But she helped get us focused on the things we loved and wanted in a home instead of just trying to sell us any house that we were not gonna be happy with. We are just really very thankful that she took her time with us and didn't give up on us. We searched for months and months for the right vacation home for us and our families to be able to come to and enjoy for many years . Thanks to Janet and her expertise . Roxana couldn’t have been more professional, supportive, and easy to work with. This was my husband’s and my first home together in 36 years. Roxana kept us on track and was there helping us fill out paper work no matter what time of day or night and she was handling it from 900 miles away. She was always patient and understanding that we are in our 70’s and not very technical. We laughed a lot. She helped make our dream a reality considering this was the best 30th Anniversary gift.
