Amy was outstanding to work with! Numerous times Amy contacted the seller for me and made sure they were aware of my requests. Due to my work schedule and traveling, there were many times I wasn’t able to coordinate with builder, mortgage co. and others involved in the process. Amy would make sure they were emailed information and were all in the loop. Out of all the positive things she did, the best thing was negotiating 60 days instead of 30 to come up with the down payment for our purchase. I don’t believe I would’ve have realized that was a possibility at the time. If not for that, we most likely would have lost the opportunity to build our dream home. Due to these unprecedented times, the construction of our house took 20 months, Amy was with us all the way through!
