I worked with Maria for longer than I anticipated. First we bought land, then we went thru Covid, inventory supply issues, lack of laborers and finally thru Hurricane Ian. She made the process of looking easy. She presented what we were looking for and didn't try to slip in the homes of low interest. Even with low home supplies, she continued to search for us. We lived in WI and she would go visit a potential home and face time us.
