When a family member heard i was looking to move, he sent me a video of a lady who said, she doesn't let clients overpay, skip inspections or sign on sketchy terms. I am here to verify all that. Jessica Ascenzo, from the beginning is a communicator. She called and we talked initially and she heard the style home we were looking for. She heard my parameters, and did not dismiss them, i.e. those type of houses are too hard to find around here, idk, would you consider something else...that was not her. She was steady looking from day one. We looked in some areas I was not aware of, she gave suggestions, but always stayed true to what my husband and I wanted. It really felt like she heard us. So when we found one we liked, she booked the appointment, she walked with us through and said, if we want this, time is of the essence, and things took off from there. From the inspections, to referrals for inspectors, to the time frame, the loan people, the signing...she was with with every document to be signed, answered questions and brought up questions, guided us where to go for answers, I mean everything was amazing for a first time home buyer. We could not have had a better experience for the whole process. If you want (and you do) want a person who will listen to you, work FOR you, and CARE about the what-where-howmuch-how long- of EV-UH-REE-THING, then Jessica Ascenzo is your agent. Thank you so Jess. Wonderful experience with Chris McNelis and team over two sales, one waterfront property and one "unicorn" property that required a really well-planned and executed marketing strategy. With the waterfront property, pricing was key: Chris knows waterfront. The pricing was precisely right, driving market interest while preserving as much of our capital as possible. Ah! But the unicorn property. Chris and team marketed a house with unusual details and three large outbuildings, just right-- appealing to folks yearning to flee the urban life for space and peace, yet remain close to the city. During a down market, right before the pandemic, we were able to sell the property above the neighborhood price range to people who not only understood what they were buying, but appreciated what they bought. This made selling a family home easy. Thank you for the experience!
