Wonderful experience with Chris McNelis and team over two sales, one waterfront property and one "unicorn" property that required a really well-planned and executed marketing strategy. With the waterfront property, pricing was key: Chris knows waterfront. The pricing was precisely right, driving market interest while preserving as much of our capital as possible. Ah! But the unicorn property. Chris and team marketed a house with unusual details and three large outbuildings, just right-- appealing to folks yearning to flee the urban life for space and peace, yet remain close to the city. During a down market, right before the pandemic, we were able to sell the property above the neighborhood price range to people who not only understood what they were buying, but appreciated what they bought.
