Trish did a great job in communicating requirements, schedule, risks, and costs. I highly recommend her.

Trish Nicely was a great real estate agent! I am a senior citizen and had never had any experience with home selling before. She patiently guided me through each step to make this a good experience. She was very knowledgeable and personable in helping me make a good deal. I would highly recommend her for any real estate dealings and count myself lucky to have had her represent me. Nancy Dutton

We can’t recommend our agent highly enough! Knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly well-informed, she guided us through every step of the process with ease and confidence. This was our second time working with her, and once again, she exceeded our expectations—answering every question, anticipating every need, and making the entire experience stress-free. If you want an agent who truly goes above and beyond, she is absolutely the one to call!

Professional and quick to respond

From the very beginning, Olive made sure that we were getting the best deal possible for our new construction home. She was in constant communication with the builder’s representative and us to ensure that all of our needs and wants were met. I would consider her communication professional but I also want to highlight how welcoming it was to work with and speak to her. We were never left feeling uncertain or unaware in the process and as first time buyers of a new construction, this level of comfort with our agent was essential. Can’t wait to work with her on future real estate projects!

She don't take no crap from no one and she will get you the most money if you're selling your home. Best experience I've had with an agent. I would recommend her 1000 times. She broke down the numbers on what I would make after the sale and it was on point. She knows what she's doing!!! Thank you again Mrs. Olive !!
