Diana Brink! When I met her in July she always said "I just want you to be happy". So until I closed in March and still now she exhibited that theme. I am sure I know every vacant lot at that time in Ketter Barn Landing because I changed them every other day. She just said come back and walk them again. It was automatic to her and I now have the perfect lot. Responsive - I can call her any time. There is no 9 to 5 with her. The key thing is that she will get an answer. Her knowledge is impeccable. She not only knows the real estate market, but the whole house. I had picked most of the options with her at the model home before I got to design. Negotiation - She got me to see not only the quality build of the house but to ensure that it met all the other requirements (distance from Windsor, hospital, recreation and other amenities). It was okay with her that i walked away at anytime if I was not happy. It was not about a sale. Professionalism - It's great to see her at anytime. Knowing her trade, but just executing in a down to earth way. Most of all she learned me and invested time to ensure I was happy. At the end of one certain day, she called to say you did not "look" happy when you left. Only my Mom would look at me and call to say what's up. I have met a lot of realtors in the last 6 months (buying and selling), but Diana gave me new meaning to a true real estate agent. We nicknamed each other Glitter 1 (her) and Glitter 2 (me). I also gained a great friend.
