We were not in SF, so she took it upon herself to visit the homes we liked and did Facetime calls with us walking us through each property with its pros and cons. She was also very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and gave us good advice on where to look based on our criteria. She also helped us negotiate terms on our offer and got us to close with the keys in 3 weeks! We are happy and lucky to have worked with her through this process.
