Cathy was wonderful! I was on a roller coaster ride emotionally; Selling my mums rental was like letting go of another piece of her but Cathy just talked me thru it. We had weekly updates which kept me in the loop being that I’m in Wisconsin. Cathy over saw the whole process of repairs updates staging etc. which was so helpful too.
