I met Sean Mamola in 2020 when we were shopping for our first condo in San Francisco. Sean helped us secure a fantastic deal on a new construction development. His extensive network of specialized vendors was instrumental in our renovations and upgrades before we moved in. Sean’s negotiation skills, approachability, and deep market knowledge allowed us to lock in a great deal below the list price. Fast forward five years, our circumstances changed, and we needed to relocate down south. We consulted Sean about selling in a down market. Sean came prepared with comprehensive market data, net sheets, and a strategic pricing plan to help us transition smoothly. Although our home spent some time on the market due to factors beyond Sean’s control, his constant support, education, updates, and 100% availability guided us through every step. I had numerous questions throughout the process, and Sean always answered promptly with solutions. The level of service Sean provided was top-notch, with a laser focus on getting the job done. I highly recommend Sean Mamola and his team to anyone considering buying or selling real estate in San Francisco. He is with you every step of the way. Thank you, Sean, for everything! ~Ellen
