He has been here so long that he can easily tell the value and defect of a house, stop you from getting the bad ones, and direct you to the good ones. I've talked with some other agents, and I can tell the difference. I will recommend Chad to anyone I know, and I would like to work with him again when I want to purchase or sell other properties in the next couple of years.
