As first-time homebuyers from the Bay Area, we were nervous about who to trust in searching for our first family home. Luckily, we met Jenn and Ralph and were immediately put at ease. They were with us every step of the way. Jenn was on top of everything quickly and was ALWAYS available. All our questions were answered, and everything we needed, Jenn provided. My goodness, she even offered to help me to and from my car since I was on my own with my baby on a few occasions. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful person and professional Jenn is. The best experience EVER! God bless you, Jenn, Ralph, and family. Thank you for helping us find our home.

Jane is well and easily communicated and gets the job done efficiently on every step. She puts in thorough analysis of the market value as well as cost and negotiation in the entire process, all the way to the escrow. As I would put it: just give Jane the key and she takes care of the business.
