We met Mike when he was working to sell the house next door to our home in Carlsbad. In fact, we first noticed his tremendous work ethic when we observed how hard he worked to sell that house. After several friendly discussions with Mike, we decided to list our one bedroom condominium in San Diego with him. We did not know where to start or how to go about selling this property. I was selling my fathers house, many people along with my siblings wanted me to sell it without using a realtor. They also wanting to sell the house as is. Fortunately I was introduced to Mike Williams. After some time and discussion with others, I decided to fix up the house and have Mike sell it. Mike was very patient while we were fixing up the house. Occasionally he would stop by and give me some suggestions that he found favorable to buyers. Most of all I found Mike to be available to answer all of my questions. There were many underlying issues with the house that I was unaware of. He works with a great escrow company with a staff that is very professional and respectful. Mike allowed me to be part of the entire process of selling the house. I was amazed with the amount of work he had to do. In the end, only do to Mike's knowledge of the housing market and his hard work, was I able to sell my fathers house for an amount that surpassed what we would have received if we sold it by owner. Do to my experience with Mike, he will always be my realtor and I would recommend him to anyone considering selling their home.
