If you’re in the San Diego area and looking for someone to help you buy or sell a home (we did both with him), I can’t recommend Claude Blackman at Remax enough. He’s not just a great agent; he became a trusted friend through the process. Please drop my name!!!! What we thought would be a straightforward sale of our first home turned into quite a battle. After waiting 12 days past the original closing date, we finally closed on the sale. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our real estate agent, Claude Blackman. His experience, professionalism, and dedication to his clients truly stand out. When the buyer’s agent tried to lower the appraisal through some shady and unprofessional tactics, Claude didn’t just roll over. He pushed back, challenged the appraisal, and fought to get it corrected to reflect the true value of our home. Because of his determination, we were able to recover $35,000 that would’ve been lost if we had just accepted the original appraisal. Most agents probably would’ve let it go, but Claude went above and beyond to do what was right for us. My family is so grateful for everything he did.
